I was checking out mystery box auctions on ebay, why does this guy have no negative feedback. It seems like it could be some sort of scam. Can you make money selling or buying “mystery” boxes like this. I don’t even have a perfect feedback score and I am a very honest person. Please help me understand this, are there there loopholes in ebay to do this? check out the link to see what I mean

Say that it has to be a new account only, not for renewals? I don’t understand this. They all say it. Is there some ebay loophole where they have to say that in order to sell them?
